Can I change the reservation date?
As long as you notify us 2 days in advance there will be no problems. To do this, write us an email with your reservation information and the new date or call us.
If at the start of the game someone in the group decides to leave the activity, can they do so?
Of course. There will be communication with the outside.
Can I cancel a reservation?
If you notify us at least 48 hours before the start of the game, you can modify the day of the game but the refund will not be possible. If the reservation is modified, it will have an expiration of 6 months, just like the gift voucher.
Can I go alone?
The game is intended for groups of two or more.
How long does the activity last?
One hour is the duration of the game and before it there will be a short explanation.

If you arrive later than a quarter of an hour. Can we start anyway?
Hours are limited to one time. If the arrival is a quarter of an hour later than expected, the departure will not be possible, and as a consequence the amount will not be refunded. It is very important to be punctual.
Is it scary or frightening?
It is a local adapted and set in such a way that the players do not remain indifferent when they enter. We want to achieve as much realism as possible, but the idea is not to create any kind of stressful situation or startle fear.

What are the best ages to play this game?
It is actually intended for people aged 14 and over. It is a game adapted to all ages but we do not believe it is suitable for younger children due to the degree of difficulty of some tests.
